Sales have started out slowly this season... my big seller right now is The Quiet Room... padded walls, ceiling, floor, soothing dim light, Lawrence of Welk 8-hr movie on continuous loop, randomly interrupted by Mr. Rogers' out-takes -- the many highlarious highjinxes he pulled on kids when the cameras were NOT supposed to be rolling... like the time he pretended to cut off one of his fingers with special puppet swords and fake puppet blood... I bet the kid never forgot that... Quiet Rooms are going fast -- no FB or Tweeting can get through the walls and the TVs inside are all 1-inch diagonal -- well spaced out like giant pixels... helps slow down the body's natural defenses against social media.
But we're cranking up plasma shield production and should be at full capacity by Week 4 -- we're netting a higher per unit profit this year because the big surplus of natural gas has lowered the cost of making the high-spec gorilla glass and gorilla gas we use -- takes some practice to get natural gas out of a gorilla and then turn the ape into glass, but we're getting by... I don't go down to the lab when the lads are making gorilla gas... throws my palette off for making chili and margaritas... and it just plain smells of dirty, sweaty coyotes and gorillas -- drives 'em both mad as rabbits and I think there's been some breeding going on in between breathing and those goril-yotes are mean as snakes.
