Today we see the amendment to form S-1 being filed. This shows slightly different use of proceeds than the filing yesterday. . Purpose Amount ------- ------ Technology acquisition and $ 1,000,000 development Retirement of debt 678,000 Working capital 1,000,000 . I am pleased to see the Company taking care of business. And I am hopeful we will soon see, a MOVE off the OTC-BB and onto the NASDAQ NMS, ADDITIONAL FINANCINGS, Updates on Chernobyl as well as other technologies. . Colin
