These are very good. You may check this company called Steppe. They fit parameters as far as deposits(not on their own data) and they had problem with money till know! How about $24M credit facility for their mining project called Mizek in Kazkhstan? 80K oz in first year for less tha $120.00? I think is worth to take look and I would forget..the price 0.36.
