Financing plays a big part in the awarding of contracts. The time frame of a contract also impacts the reported value. Qualcomm is a "strategic partner" with Nortel. A win means Qualcomm base stations and controlers coupled with Nortel switches and control software. Aren't these the necessary "best-of-breed" ingredients for WLL? The Q's time will come.
