In the interest of getting a good tasting cup of morning coffee, I've decided to replace my nearly 10 year old coffee maker. I only make 2 cups each morning. These are actually 2 good sized mugs. That's my daily limit and I want it to taste good!

I'd appreciate suggestions from any of you who've recently gone through the selection process. I don't have company so I never make more than 2-3 cups. I don't make coffee except at dawn, so I don't need an industrial model.

I've been a Folger's "Black Silk" drinker for several years and don't plan to change that. Unless.....
