The Flock needs to pull their heads out of their asses and then remove the rose colored glasses and then take off the blinders.

One One Hand, The Flock Believes:
  • Zen's graphite converts to graphene with only a 2% loss
  • ZEN's graphene is worth between $1,000 and $6,000 per ounce.
  • Quantum Dots is the newest in a long line of Saviours.

On The Other Hand, The Market Knows
  • ZEN claims many NDAs with End-Users, (who have intimate knowledge of the value/properties of ZEN's graphite and/or graphene) but not ONE has ever offered to financially assist ZEN (PP, Off Take, Buy Out,)
  • ZEN has not published (but has certainly received) the long anticipated final results of many "partnerships".
  • ZEN's agreement with the CLFN was based on a "benign" Caustic Process.
  • ZEN has no agreement with the CLFN that covers the use of Hydrofluoric Acid, Ammonia and Hydrochloric ACID as the main components of a new process.
  • ZEN's claims are in the James Bay Lowlands which contain the traditional lands (hunting, fishing, seasonal residence, sacred and burial) of a number of different First Nations
  • ZEN's agreement with the CLFN is for the exploratory stage only and expires if/when ZEN announce the start of a PFS.
  • ZEN's cost of accessing/processing material is the highest of any project currently under consideration for development.
  • ZEN cannot meet the requirement of High-End users of graphite and graphene who require High-Purity graphene at a minimum (Nuclear and others require Ultra High-Purity)
  • ZEN has declared that it is "impractical" to attempt to produce High-Purity Graphite (too expensive - and yet ZEN claims to have no Met Problems)
  • ZEN cannot compete with either Synthetic Purity or Flaker Cost.
  • ZEN's Share Price closed today at a new low ($0.44) for the Yellow Era
  • ZEN's new BOD is a carbon copy of the old BOD - Lots of "hints" of riches to come - No data to support it.
