Just answer simply where the revenue is coming from, how much cash, no of employees, marketing plans, strategic business plan, competition, the float, the acquisition method, reg s shares, reg t , warrants and any options ? what makes them so great, EPS projection with out the financials, CEOS vitae, officers vitae, debt, credit facilities if any, any plans for dillutions , why should I buy their company , etc etc.. Do you know why you invested in this co ?
