I agree totally, Robert. I spoke with Mike Baer again today, the first time in a while. They target having a partnership fully in place by April. You can chalk up their previous statements of getting a partnership in place by x date to inexperience. I do believe that it will be a big deal when they do come through. I think they would have already announced something and signed something if they weren't asking for a lot. That just extends the time to the point where they actually sign as any partner will try to get them down over time, but I think in this case it is very good for shareholders as I don't see anyone else with any kind of diagnostic for glaucoma.

I wonder if Michael Murphy is concerned at all about his credability. I think that he has a real problem there, I seem to remember him making a clear statement that Insite WILL announce a partnership at H&Q. He seems like the boy who cried wolf, all that does is increase the stock volatility.
