That doesn't matter. What matters is how good the top 1% are. They are the people who invent code division multiple access by figuring out how to apply fourier transforms.

The USA has the best of the best. The fact that Negroes, Mexicans and Moslems lower the average doesn't matter.

Smart Mexicans Indians and Africans can get into USA so that's another advantage.

American Thinker needs to be more literate with maths.
