Actually all those downgrades are good and healthy for the stock. They get the stock down, funds start to accumulate, some good news from Korea or new orders start to flow in, upgrades are initiated, and the stock flies again. Same old routine that they have been doing over and over with INTC, MSFT, MU, etc. We just need to know when to get in and out and make money while riding the roller coaster. I hate when the analysts initiate "Re-iterate Strong Buy" after bad news, that means they are really desperate and need to buy time to bail out. I think it's fire sale at this price.
