What a SMUCK you are!!! You've been ranting like a lunatic about the financing that you say would never be annouced and when they do you cry , cry, cry. 5 million is alot of money for a debt offering for an unproven but promising technology. The warrants are good only if Actv is a success and it does not dilute Actv's stock. If its a scam those investors won't get much from a bankrupcy court. Get some help for your obsessive need to exact vengence for an investment loss. Its bad for your heart. Ali, the answer is yes.
