Michael, did you notice in the Reuters news today part of the reason for the downgrade: "-- An impending announcement from Cisco Systems Inc (Nasdaq:CSCO - news) and Microsoft Corp (Nasdaq:MSFT - news) about strategy for Cisco firewall products could lead some potential Check Point buyers to delay their purchases." In light of the recent 12/18/97 announcement by Cisco & Secure of their teaming to provide "CiscoSecure", do you think there could there be something in the works with MSFT & CiscoSecure? Hmmmmm... JL
