A PE of 16!! assuming that BORL is trading at an undelying earnings per quarter of 10cps...this gives 40cps p.a....and assuming earnings will not be diluted by the merger (which was promised when the merger was announced). At share price of $6.50 this gives a 1998 PE of about 16.5 (I stand to be corrected on the maths)....very low indeed for tech stocks!!
