A woman has alleged via high-profile lawyer Michael Avenatti that Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh was "present" while she was gang-raped by a number of boys. The allegation, from Julie Swetnick, a former student at Gaithersburg High School in Maryland, was that she was drugged by what she thought was Quaaludes and unable to fight off boys raping her in 1982. She alleges in a written declaration that Kavanaugh and Mark Judge would spike the punch at house parties in 1981 and 1982 to get girls to lose their inhibitions and ability to say no. She also alleges that Kavanaugh and Judge would line up with other boys waiting for their "turn" with a girl inside the room.
