What a contract! Please clarify if I am off here.

1) A non-binding memorandum of understanding with an offer to pay 40k/ton for up to 200 tons from a mine fighting the town for permits to even exist. Where have we seen that "non-binding" terminology lately? Any other companies run by this great deal maker? Canada Coal? Potash anyone?

2) Sales to a tiny company that according to Zoominfo had revenue of 1 million last year, but hard to find an explanation of the sales for that supposed revenue and no explanation how a company with so few employees will utilize 200 tons a year or more.

3) A quick Google search shows this company talking in 2015 about plans to put small reactors on ships in the Arctic. It seems little movement since that time.
4) There seems to be little or no discussion of the ecological dangers or a myriad of other issues to overcome with the idea of setting up nuclear reactors in largely uninhabited Arctic areas.

Good luck to the longs but it seems there are some huge hurdles to overcome here before it seems a buy IMO.
