Bloody Millennials!! Yes bloody Jazindra is trying to take NZ down the gurgler. She doesn't think she's doing that and others don't either but doom is the result. We have just had a huge load of blather about women getting the vote in NZ in the 19th century decades before USA and anyone else. It's just several weeks ago that I realized what happened really. When I was 18 and just finishing high school a group of us formed the Vote at 18 committee to lobby for 18 year olds to vote. We got a petition going and it wasn't long before 18 year olds had the vote. I was somewhat surprised at how easy it had been. I had already had some experience of political effects including legal process as far as the Supreme Court in which I featured as a 15 year old so it seemed normal to me. A year or three ago while reflecting on the success of getting the vote at 18 and regretting my action I understood what had really happened. The government of the day was going to get more of the ignorant young voters so of course they were happy to indulge us. For 50 years we have therefore had stupid young adults voting for socialist welfare state ideology. As people age they realize their youthful ignorance and vote for more sensible ideology. I'm now considered as an extreme right wing fanatical extremist. Women getting the vote was the same process. But worse because women tend not to age out of their collectivist socialist ideology. Women are quite different from men psychologically and are actually a different but interwoven symbiotic species. They have mitochondrial DNA which men don't deliver to the next generation just as men have Y chromosomes which women don't get involved in other than to be used by men to pass it on to their sons. In mating women all want the alpha male as father of their children. In practice they can't achieve that while getting resources but they are aiming at that. It's quite a mess which societies try to keep under control. Moslems have their methods. Catholics their's. Politicians their's. In the Anglo world we have gone bananas. Even to the extent of inviting Moslem men to take over as our rulers. That isn't the intention but it is the outcome unless resistance and conflict changes the process as per Enoch Powell's prediction in the 1960s. It will be interesting to see if women come to understand where they are taking things. Their sons, brothers, fathers and husbsnds are being smashed up from school age on. When their sons kill themselves they get very unhappy. A similar thing is Negroes in South Africa getting to vote. It looks as though they might be better off to have the more intelligent Caucasians doing the voting and governing. Negro cities in USA aren't all that great either. A good thing about NZ and Bloody Comrade Jazindra is that it's a low cost sociological experimental place which the rest of the world can watch and learn from. I enjoy a good moan but the muddling along outcome after 150 years is that NZ remains pretty good and loads of people want to come here and not just for welfare and free stuff. So it's not all bad. Even Helen Bloody Clark did some good things such as legalizing prostitution. Mqurice
