And your a lawyer? You better have a look what an MOU and NDA are because you don’t have a clue. MOU is not even an agreement it’s an understanding only. An NDA is one step before an formal agreement. And of course it protects sensitive information. Duncan’s stock always have these shitty MOU that land no where. I wouldn’t comment on the buyer as there isn’t even enough information on this company. Just another Hail Mary pass with 2 seconds left in the game. 14 dollar target...ROTFLMAO. Good one
