Sorry when did I say an MOU was an agreement? I said "An MOU is usually the first step." Sometimes it is and sometimes an NDA is the first step. It doesn't really matter. Either way, I'd be much happier with an MOU than just an NDA. Having 40 NDA's and nothing else should tell you something.... Oh look at the ZEN release today.... I'm guessing all of a sudden an MOU is super important : )
