Target (from PubMed search) seems ok, but when I look at 0612 structure, several P1 and problems with doses/formulation...right away make me skeptical. Have no idea why MG (usually OK guy) come with note on 0612, ...pump-and-dump????? We need nice update on 2511, clear perspective on PARTNER, and go from there....IF there is no advancement with 2511...I would be way skeptical on near term SP gain. AMRN "success" with TG-drug make 2809/3196 case more compelling, IMO.
