I have completely stopped investing in businesses / stocks which raise yellow flags as a result of their disclosure policies. Way too time consuming to figure it all out as is shorting NPK due to the low float. Share lending rates / availability on low float stocks protect the stock for the wrong reasons. A really great example for this we are seeing right now is TLRY.
