Just a few Highlights from Dublin .( these guys sure talk fast !)

1 ) Auditors will be in next week.

Trinity will open their books and we just might be finished with the audit middle of Feb 98.

2) Trinity / SLF

They feel they have a strong position in Boston and wish to settle during the discovery phase which would save on attorney fees.

3) On-going Sales.

Sales of all product lines continue to grow with a strong product mix of Uni-gold..... Sero-card including Hepatitis Sero-card with shipments to Thailand Mexico and S. America including SE Asia and Africa.
They continue to pick up more and more orders from distributors world -wide.

4 ) Trinity UK

There COO, Chief Operating Officer, Dr. Jim Walsh spends a great deal of time between Dublin and their CNTO project in the UK.
Trinity continues to add to that customer base which includes many large biotech/ pharma companies which Trinity inherited with the acquisition of the CNTO diagnostic line. They EIA plate business is now being integrated into the Trinity/ Wampole/ CAR catalog
They are quite happy with the positive cash flow generated from that business.

5 ) Trinity USA ,

Under the direction of Mr Farrell, continues to be very busy and as we have heard they have recently added a new marketing position in Jamestown, NY. Hopefully we will be hearing from Mr Farrell soon.
