A 50-50 tie is broken by POS trump's VP. So both those 2 GOP women will have to vote against him. Either way, if he ends up confirmed by a 50-50 or even a 51-49 vote it will the LOWEST number of votes for a SCOTUS in US history. And the GOP will be digging a deeper grave and women with midterms just 2-3 weeks away.
