I have not had the time to review some of the newly revised estimates that came in late today from anaylsts. I have been very busy with work.

Once I have the time, I will study the numbers and post what I think we can see in the coming quarter as far as numbers are concerned.

Just from glancing the new numbers, I think the numbers are low and the anaylsts could be helping PWAV by low balling the number and let PWAV have the upside surprise.

My thinking is based on the current backlog which I estimated to be about $100 mil in my last estimate post. I don't expect cancellation and I don't believe the company thinks so as well. But as a standard, company needs to cover all uncertainties. I do think portion of the business will be pushed back.

As I stated in my previous messages, I don't think next quarter is the problem for PWAV but rather the quarters after. Again, this is based on the shippable goods for the next 3 months.

However, PWAV has had a very good track record as far as growing their business for the past 11 years. I would not be surprised if they come up with major domestic or European clients during this year to help offset the slowdown in Korea. Also I will be watching CHINA closely since that is potentially the big opportunity for PWAV and its Korean counterparts.
