From all the publically available clinical research it is clear that phentolamine (when injected and used alone) does not produce erections. Zonagen's own trials (which were improperly set up I may add) showed very little improvement over placebo. <<2) The Vasomax 40mg dose is too close to the toxic dose.>> Start getting up to 60 and 80 mg and you start seeing significant occurences of cardiac AEs (even when examining the data from Zonagen's own trials). This is very alarming. I can just imagine some guy with a heart condition popping two of these thinking he'll get twice as hard.
