Steve, i think you make a good point. I don't remember an upgrade since the Oct. report-although that doesn't mean there hasn't been one. Also, did everyone catch the statement Reagan made in the WSJ article about doubling his targets in the event of a takeover? Kind of left himself an out.

"I can justify doubling my targets on a takeout price," he added. "My target is stand-alone." The time for WinStar to be acquired is not at hand, he said.

I kind of hope he is right about the time to be acquired is not at hand.
