Update from the trading desk and Tustin

S-3 conversions are at maximum but only two participants are converting, other members in for long run. Shorts are running well ahead of conversions and trying to force stock price lower. 40,000 shares (10's) hit bid at close but it held and closed on uptick. Conversions are covering previous shorts. Stochastics, oversold indicators heavily on buy side.

Trials of Lym-1 and TNT on track to begin in mid-February. New protocols are very fast, primary endpoint for both is partial remission. Money for trials not a problem, possible finance/licensing package soon.

Question, is someone trying to steal the company?
