A couple corrections.

<<-he said at 130 mill $ sales in 97 this is the most successful Urologic product launch ever.>>

No, he was more cautious than this- he did not say "the"- he said "among the"; subtle but important difference. This tells you something about the guy- he said this more than once on the call.

<<-Giant Ad campaign to start Feb 15 with the At7TPebble Beach National Pro- Am Golf tournament>>

I believe the date for this is Jan 28 (I may be wrong on this)- anyone else agree? The Feb 15 date is for the mid-February date for the filings.

<<On the issue of shares sold by insiders, Wilson said that they HAVE to sell during fixed windows. That even though they sold 150000 shares in 1997, they also bought 130000.>>

Not quite- they sell during standard windows, and they were cautious to point out that at least some of the purchases were the result of option exercises due to management compensation.

I think that one of the most significant bright spots in the entire call centered on the nice expansion of refill rates both in absolute terms and in respect to new Rxs. Now that was good news. The rest of the call wasn't too hot IMO, and contained some of the most uninspired and uninformed questions I've heard from analysts that supposedly cover a company.
