Hi Ken,

In Houston I have a fence. It got old and rusty and my neighbor and I rebuilt and painted it.

I was working many hours and he was retired - he really did the yeoman's portion.

I told him I'd pay for all the materials and we both wanted a gate into each other's back yards.

If you have a great neighbor you like to see them in your backyard coming to visit.

I'm truly blessed to have a wonderful neighbor - actually many wonderful neighbors as we all live on a cul de sac.

When I return from my Wisconsin stays,we have a block party and I hand out my salsa, pickles and Jellies - plus a good bit of Shiner Bock Beer. LOL

In Wisconsin we live on 40 acres - it has a very old barb wire fence which has mostly rusted away.

I love living in the country and hearing / watching all the diverse wildlife.
