Allen< I think we are getting caught up in trying to guess what all the players intentions were. No way to do that. But, the facts are, A short by any other name still smells as sweet.
I don't think IOMG decieved anyone, they simply saw opportunity and capitalized on it. Just accept it and realize that IOMGs management is very shrewd. I applaud them for their cleverness.
BTW it wasn't just techs that got hammered in JULY!
