Straws or Clutching It is a good thing that Canadian made their election wishes clear. Here in Alberta we have an NDP government that is working hard. In Canada we have elected a Liberal government that was given a clear mandate to govern. Compared to America we have done well. Now the Precedent has claimed that a red tide is coming in November, we will see won't we, just a few months away. While Americans will be busy figuring out how much their Walmart bills are going up, Canadians will be enjoying another new freedom, to smoke marijuana. I suspect that the tide in November is actually going to be blue but that just may be me, the election will tell the tale. In the last American election Trump made a very poor showing. I suspect that this time it will be poor enough that even the hypocritical will become hypercritical. I suspect if it is bad enough Trump may even end up impeached. The latest round of revelations regarding Fred and Donald's possibly criminal tax evasion may convince the ordinary American that Trump is not on the side of the country. I pay my taxes, most people do.
