Yes, if the SEC hasn't stepped in by now, it's unlikely it will. This scam is so obvious, especially the way Diwan has set up his money-laundering machine, the only reason the SEC hasn't shut them down must be the low (relatively) dollar amounts involved. On another note, I wonder where all the cheerleaders went. I asked this question yesterday and Spaz responded almost immediately. I'm flattered that s/he monitors this board so closely, but of course, never answered the question. The tired "nothing new to report on" excuse doesn't cut it. That has never stopped the Faithful before. They are noticeably absent from the proceedings. They are either embarrassed, frustrated or maybe they've finally snapped out of the trance.
