PARDON MY EMOTION & LACK OF INTERNET MANNERS, I wasn't trying to hype the stock. I just can't believe the low price of the shares at this time. I am a young single proffessional with good income, no kids, little debt, income property that pays for itself, and no desire to mow my lawn in the suburbs when I hit thirty five. Most of my net worth is in the junior emerging high technology sector where I feel it belongs.Given my circumstances, I see no reason to keep valuable investment income tied up in my house. Sorry if I came across as a smart ass, or an irresposnsible investor. It's just that compared to my other high tech investments ( which have gone up 45% this month), Unitec has a component of safety the others do not. ( A diversified market sector in Electricity, oil and gas, Water works, etc... As well as georaphical diversification from instaltions in Vancouver Canada to Saudi Arabia.....Not to mention, these contracts are often government, world bank financed , paid in US funds) I certainly don't want to horrify you with my investment strategy as you are probably a more conservative investor than I am. Or are you? Is it not true that most or all of the several million shares you own are tied up in escrow and will not be released until Unitec has positive cash flow of $ .99 per share? It would seem to me John, that you will be the last one out and stuck holding the bag if Unitec folds. I only have a portion of my house at stake, while you have your entire life's work, money and reputation on the line. Thank God your not a paper plipping promoter. If you were, I would not own shares in your company.
My investment philosophy is agressive and I will not appologise for it.
I do wish to point out however, that my modus operandi is not for everyone and I don't recomend it fot everyone. I have purchsed Unitec for my employees, friends, and intend to transfer shares over to my little nephew as a late Christmas present. I would not do that if I focussed exclusively on the risk aspect of the business. High technology start ups always contain elemnents of risk, but those risks can be minimized by careful consideration of underlying values.Pardon me for my poor Internet manners.
