vegetablelazagna2, please read the Zenyatta Investor Presentation September 27/18, specifically slides 20-23.

From the AGM meeting, I believe Francis said that the permits had been applied for in June. This was actually done quite quickly since the new board was only elected May 11/18. The permitting process in Ontario is quite slow and can take a lot of time.

I asked if while drilling to obtain the bulk sample, it was possible to drill deeper than the depths of the current shafts, in order to get a better idea of the depth of the resource. He said it would not be possible because the diameter of the drill is too large. Other permits would be required for this and economics would not allow it.

These drills are not currently on site, are much heavier and cannot be flown in by helicopter. They have to wait and make an ice road which will bear the weight of the drills and equipment.
