Bumping the ceiling or Cryptotrading
It is very difficult to get a sense of the broader crypto-world without immersing yourself. I watch the crypto markets on Cryptopia every day, IMO, BTC is hitting the ceiling, it is getting lighter everyday. If you are new to the world of cryptocurrency then Cryptopia is a great place to start. Cryptopia is a NZ Exchange and is in my mind the best place to ride the cryptowave, very easy to use and they offer hardware protection for your account. They have 5 markets, BTC, USDT, NZDT, LTC, DOGE. The BTC, LTC and DOGE pairs are quite comprehensive, the USDT and the NZDT markets are limited. You can sort by volume or price and many cryptocurrencies are paired on several or all of the markets. ie TUSD pair on each market but NZDT .Each market will trade differently, they are not in sync. The DOGE coin (pronounced like dojo without the final o) is one of the true contenders for everyday use. Almost 5 years old with a 100 billion plus coins out it is about 20th in market cap. The DOGE $ value is miniscule, at .00000085 satoshis it is worth...not much. These small values and large numbers make many zeros. Having a coin change decimal places a few times, up or down, is always a lurch, it is crypto, not fiat. Even a small amount of money in crytpo can inflate or deflate in an amazing way.
I saw the volume move on ETN/BTC pair, then bought a lot of ETN (a lot for me). I thought I would get more out of the price movement if I bought ETN on the DOGE market. Most crypto junkies will understand why I had a lot of DOGE, the recent Yahoo thing. I paid 1.24 DOGE for each ETN as their values were similar. The current selling price of my ETN on the DOGE market is 3.54 DOGE or I could sell the ETN for 0.00000310 BTC (310 satoshis, That is almost a triple. For many traders who watch the market, it is worth it to get used to trading crypto. Do some due diligence if you want but it is all crap. If anyone knew a method for sifting out possible diamonds they wouldn't share it anyways. Don't believe any whitepaper unless you use the blockchain they are whooping and hollering about (so you know it works). It is the wild west right now but the learning curve is worth it. |
