Ron: Check out this link: nasdaq.com I don't know how many strikes you get but it looks like PNDA has at least two against them at the moment (net tangible assets, failure to maintain $5 bid price.) Can't say quickly the NASD is going to address this stuff. There must be a couple hundred companies that are going to fall out of compliance. I know it's an issue with AKLM (check out their 10Q from a couple of days ago). Guess we may see a spate of reverse splits and (hopefully) discounted convert deals as companies scramble to get into compliance. drakes353 PS to Mike: Yeah, I've been thinking about holding onto token positions (10% - 20%) when I close out my shorts since I always, always, always cover too soon.
