I agree emerging market debt is an old play-ground - with USA's rising rates the emerging markets could easily get trapped - so many of our pension funds and insurance company's annuity managers bought emerging debt to keep their companies solvent... they too could get trapped - these people need 5 to 8% just to break even. So I don't believe our markets will crack hard right now... no place else to go.
