I can agree with what you say except for leave your neighbors alone. If I ignored my neighbors I wouldn't know they actually needed help. We actually need to interact with our neighbors and give assistance even if they do not ask for it. I can attest to that as everyday I am out just looking after my elderly neighbors. Not intruding but just being there and observing.
