I asked Mr. Kawasaki ( Finance ) on three occasions in the summer/fall if HCL was considering a reverse split to reach the $3 U.S. stock price required for a listing on the AMEX. Each time he stated the company had no plans to do that at the present time. When the stock went over $2.00 again I sold. Wasn't sure why, just a gut feeling. I don't like reverse splits and am now glad I sold. I believe the split will be good in the long run but I think up to a year will go by where one will be able to purchase the shares at a lower price than today. There could be spikes when they start to spend the money on acquisitions. But again, it takes time to absorb another operation and bring results to the bottom line. The better times to buy will be post-split.
