I can't comment intelligently on CAILS as an endpoint - just haven't researched it.

On safety, there seems to be no issue at all at 5mg/kg - five times the original "MTD." Unclear as of yet what the dose response looks like, but there are certainly hints of improving responses. I think it is likely that they will up the combo dose and get somewhat better results.
