Wonder why Tesla included the near misses?...NHTSA doesn't. As for as making ALL cos giving out data....don't think that will happen...if one could trust ALL of them in the first place.. Tesla with Auto pilot engaged vs Tesla w/out Auto pilot engaged is perhaps a 'better' comparison. It's oranges to oranges....but doesn't evaluate the human factor....which I consider the worst wild card out there.
