Tout à fait. PCY a produit une étude économique très positive en mai dernier en utilisant un prix de seulement US $12.73 par livre de V2O5.. Il y a beaucoup à faire, encore. Mais c'est une très belle spéculation. A en juger par le prix de l'action, peu de monde y croit. Je ne sais pas trop pourquoi.

L'entente récente avec le BLM a probablement augmenter la confiance de plusieurs investisseurs.
