TA <<-they settled their hopefully last lawsuit with a previous consultant, and did so to avoid prolonged litigation costs and to avoid going in front of a jury. ( same old reason. ).>> What is this all about? Is this new news? Who was the consultant? What was the issue? The consultant was paid $5 million that's 50% of what Schering paid for the rights to Vasomax!!! BigKNY3
