certainly smells that way.

Elevating Dave Heard to the "c" suite AND tasking him with the coriant integration tells me that the BOD have lost some faith in Tom Fallon. Rightly so IMO, he got very cocky at precisely the wrong time and shareholders have suffered significantly from his mistakes.
