Just look at the Asian stock market, it up 500 one day, and down 800 point the next day, and
up 300 the day after ...etc. The market is stabilized. IMF's resecue is poison to the Asian
countries who took it, and to prevent the further down, IMF will and has to change its policy
pretty soon.
In the US, we may expect a rate cut pretty soon, and the Dow is consolidating between 7400 to 7800 , and will stabilize from here. So don't you think it is the bottom of the short bear
starting from Oct?
