ITSI ready to move again.several developments are occurring. They will soon announce that the 20 million in perferred was approved and that berjyia is putting in the 5 million .The prototypes are also being delivered to Sweden friday and if excepted sweden could redo thier whole lotto system this is very positive. They should also start the formal bidding process for So. africa in the next two weeks. The asia thing is way overblown, the Hong Kong jockey club still has to upgrade thier system its just going to cost a little more, but with the revenues that the jockey club throws off it will get done. The selling at the end of the year basically came from 2 individuals who liquidated aprox. 400k shares which drove it down and it was done for a tax loss. They will probaly come back in if thy see any news.I hav increased my stake to roughly 525kand will continue to buy more here . This co. is a steal here they are working thier butts off to make the co. profitable. Youll have alot of luck at a buck .Look for 5 t0 6 soon. Most all the mkt makers that were on the sell side all the way down are on the buy side now and not getting much bought.I look for them to get more agressive soon.
