They pre-announced the fourth quarter in early December. I do not have the time frame down, but will try to call them today and get a whole lot more information. You are right about them having the cash to buy the float right now. They also announced a 200,000 share buyback last week to be completed by June (?) I believe. I will post more once I have had a chance to talk with the company. Eric
