the coconut went w/ a team of two girls and 1 boy all around town yesterday as part of school activity

a sort of treasure hunt

they packed sandwiches and had some cash, plus octopus card (cash value card used in HK for public transport and convenient store purchases)

all had to ask for directions, survey people w/ social study questions, hit specific school-designated spots and check-in w/ spotters, and make way home - their execution of plan went a bit wrong due to heavy rain and none had packed umbrella, and what umbrella were for sale got jacked up in price to US$ 25 equivalent, and the kids did not have the funds or did not want to part w/ the funds

guessing the coconut learned a lot.

interestingly the girls (coconut, a japanese, a korean) all were instructed to wear long pants and sleeved shirts; the taiwan boy just tagged along
