AAL. I'm adding here (a little); more if/as it drops.

Several analysts have lowered their target price on the stock, but still maintain it as buy or overweight

Buckingham from 57 to 47
Citigroup from 56 to 50
Imperial Capital (who are??) 56 to 50

Maybe these guys will lower their expectations after today's market fall though.

We know analysts (their firms) may have a proclivity to keep positive outlook on their stocks. Plus, analysts projections and expectations are often very wrong.

We know labor and fuel are big issues for airlines. And the propensity for upping utilization and capacity seems to plague all these guys. And although there's the Big Three, they don't seem to be acting like an oligopoly.

It can't be news that AAL keeps reporting negative cash flow numbers. It doesn't seem to be mentioned by analysts. So maybe they see that that negative aspect to AAL is not relative to what AAL might do next year (next year's earnings).

I can see a company continuing to report negative cash flows year after year -- maybe an early growth company that keeps plowing every dollar back into building their business (?).
I'd like AAL to be cash flow positive: I guess it's not likely to be. I don't see it as an impediment to buying shares though at the current stock price low. Jmo, of course.
