Rotation out of bonds and into dividend paying stocks.

The first group of stocks are encapsulated by the term Dividend Aristocrats and Dividend Challengers.

Basically companies that have solid businesses and solid balance sheets that serve real businesses. Utilities, telcos,the cloud services, energy,foods and staples.
