I have been using TradeStation since it bought Windows on Wall Street for their data feed. TradeStation combined the best of their end of day software with Windows on Wall Street software and added a brokerage. The result was the best charting analysis and trading platform ever constructed. Trade fills at the blink of an eye. Back then you had to pay $200 a month for the platform or make a considerable amount of trades monthly, plus real time data fees that could add up.

However, the new TradeStation 10 upgrade is peppered with bugs. Trying to get through to client support or tech support by phone takes so long I have hung each time after at least 15 minutes on hold.

This is concerning...
